Online and in-person counselling therapy
in Burnaby and Vancouver

Hi, I’m Allison. I’m a counsellor for those who feel like they are drifting away from the life they actually want to lead. I take a warm, flexible, and neuro-affirming approach, grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and shaped by years of supporting folks whose lives don’t fit neatly into boxes.

I’m committed to showing up authentically in our work together. Curiosity and humour matter to me, and I bring these into our sessions as we explore what actually helps you move toward the kind of life you want to lead.

Sound good? Schedule a free 15-min consult to talk with me about working together.

Services

Individual counselling for adults

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to shift, counselling can offer space to slow down and explore what’s going on. I’ll support you in sorting through the noise, tuning into what matters, and finding ways forward that feel right for you.

Individual counselling for children and teens

Young people deserve support that honours who they are. I offer a down-to-earth, affirming space where young people can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping tools and self-awareness, and build confidence, without pressure to be anyone but themselves.

Standard sessions are typically 50 minutes in length.

However, I am happy to offer 25 or 75-minute sessions if we determine a different timeframe better suits your specific needs.
